The black in the collar is echoed in the cuffs of the short sleeves, and in the belt that accentuates the waist. It flares out into a swishy skirt with pockets that looks great with a petticoat, but is also beautiful without. At a length of 1.70m it comes to just above the knee and fastens with buttons all the way down the front.
