For orders outside the EU, it is important that the correct products and amounts are filled out on the CN22 customs form to ensure that your return is processed smoothly and without delay.

Once the items have been delivered to you, you get 14 days to try them on and decide if you are happy with your purchase. After this period of time has passed, we will no longer accept your return. If you have any issues with the products later on, please contact our customer service on
